Hello! I'm Roshan Pokhrel, a Full Stack and Mobile App Developer currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology at Butwal Multiple Campus. My fascination with technology started when I built my first simple webpage and saw it come to life, and it has since grown into a passion for full-cycle software architecture.
I specialize in building robust web and mobile experiences. Along with foundational languages like C++ and Java, my core tech stack revolves around the modern JavaScript ecosystem. I am highly proficient in React and Next.js for the frontend, Node.js and Express for scalable backend REST APIs, and React Native for cross-platform mobile app development — backed by MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL on the data side.
Outside of coding, I enjoy drawing, reading, and fishing. I am a collaborative problem-solver, continuously expanding my technical repertoire, and currently open to full-time roles and professional opportunities in software engineering.
A vehicle rental and mobility marketplace for Nepal. The Next.js web app talks to a Node.js/Express REST API backed by MongoDB Atlas, with a dedicated Python (FastAPI) microservice on Oracle Cloud handling route distance, elevation, and fare calculation. Google Maps Platform powers live location, routing, and pickup/drop-off.
